Press
Credentials:
Press
Credentials are issued to the working media only.
All requests for credentials should be made to the Sports
Information Director, Jameson Gibbs
well in advance of each game.
Credentials may be picked up at the Sports Information Office
before game day.
However, any requests beyond two days before a game must be picked
up at the designated “Will Call” area.
It is preferred that all requests be made via e-mail to
jgibbs@saintpauls.edu.
Press Box:
Only working
media with proper credentials will be admitted due to limited
seating.
Radio
Broadcasts:
All requests
for radio broadcasts must be made through the Sports Information
Office at least three weeks in advance.
When more than one request is received for the same game, top
priority is given to the radio station that regularly broadcasts the
visiting team’s games.
All arrangements for telephone lines are the responsibility of the
visiting radio station.
Statistical
Information:
Working press
members will be supplied media guides, depth charts, and cumulative
statistics, which may be picked up in the press box prior to game
time. Half-time or
“quickie stats” will be available at half-time; final statistics
will be passed out as quickly as possible after the conclusion of
the game.
Player and
Coach Interviews:
Players and
coaches are available for interviews during the week by phone, or in
person, but these interviews must be arranged through the Sports
Information Office. At
the conclusion of the football game, players and coaches are
available for interviews after a 10-minute “cooling off period”.
Post game interviews will be conducted at a designated area
inside the football stadium.
Photo
Credentials:
NCAA Policy
establishes that photographers on assignment, both print and
television, will be afforded credentials.
Admission to the game will be by photo pass or sideline pass
only.
