Ball Honored as One of CIAA’s Best Bowlers in 2009

Hampton, VA -Saint Paul’s College bowler Tiffany Ball was selected to the 2008-2009 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) All-Conference bowling team after being ranked as one of the top bowlers of the season.   

Ball, a right-handed freshman from Largo, Maryland, played in 42 games this season with an average of 184.4 pins per game. This season, Ball leads the Lady Tigers with a total of 7762 pins. At the end of a stunning regular season, Ball holds the seventh highest average in the Conference.   

Ball carried her high-level of play into the post season as the Lady Tigers entered the CIAA Tournament.  Ball led the Lady Tigers into the semi-finals where they lost to the Lady Trojans of Virginia State University. The team earned fourth place, overall, in the Tournament.
