SPC's Sykes Selected
to Participate in NCAA Leadership Institute
LAWRENCEVILLE, VA
– Tiffani Sykes, Assistant Director of Athletics of Saint Paul’s
College, has been selected to participate in the NCAA Leadership
Institute for Ethnic Minority Females as announced by the National
Collegiate Athletic Association.

Uranda Mason
LAWRENCEVILLE, VA
– Saint Paul’s College announces the signing of Greenville County High
School student-athlete Uranda Mason. Mason recently signed her National
Letter of Intent to play both Softball and Volleyball for the Lady
Tigers.

Two Saint Paul’s College Bowlers Earn Regional Honors
LAWRENCEVILLE, VA
– SPC bowlers Jessica McCandless and Lindsay Bowman were voted to their
respective All-Region teams for the 2005-2006 season as voted on by the
National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA).

SPC’s Hubie Bryant Enshrined Into AFA Semi-Pro Football Hall of Fame
LAWRENCEVILLE, VA
- Hubie Bryant, Assistant Head Football Coach at Saint Paul's College
was recently inducted into the American Football Association’s Semi-Pro
Football Hall of Fame.

career victory with a win over St. Andrew’s Presbyterian College on
February 22, 2006. |

basketball team had the highest cumulative G.P.A. amongst all CIAA Men’s
basketball teams. |

►Bruce
Royal (Men’s Basketball) was named the CIAA Rookie of the Year and
finished his rookie season ranked 12th in the nation in
assists (6.2 apg). |

Student-athletes received CIAA All-Rookie Team honors. |

►Football
program was revitalized and captured the Western Virginia Education
Classic and the Dayton City Classic.

to be nationally ranked. |

Bowler Jessica McCandless was named 1st Team All-Region by
the National Tenpin Coaches Association. Teammate Lindsay Bowman
garnered 2nd Team All-Region honors and was named the
Northeast Region’s Rookie of the Year. |

Ingraham became SPC’s first female All-American when she was named to
the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field All-American Team.
