Library Services

The James Solomon Russell Memorial Library provides a wide variety of services to support the mission of the College.  These services include, library orientation, bibliographic instruction, library workshops, faculty and general reserves, interlibrary loan, faxing, photocopying, internet, online databases, microfilm and microfiche reader/printers, small groups and individual study rooms, individual study carrels, audio visual materials and equipment.

Patrons enrolled in the Accelerated Degree Completion  Program (ADCP) program are extended user privileges at Norfolk State University, Longwood College and Virginia Commonwealth University  Please see the library for information regarding this program.

The James Solomon Russell Memorial Library Policy Manual is available for inspection during normal business hours.
