Admission Requirements

Saint Paul's students desirous of admittance into the Department of Teacher Education must submit a completed application form to the Department before March 31 of their junior year. Transfer students anticipating graduation from Southside Virginia Community College must submit a completed application form to the Department during the semester in which they anticipate receiving their Associate degree. All other students must initially consult with the Department of Teacher Education for pre- admission academic advisement. Practicing teachers desirous of fulfilling certification, re- certification, or endorsement requirements should initially consult with the Department.
