Office of Registration and Records

The primary purpose of the Office of Registration and Records  is to maintain accurate, confidential and secure academic records for all enrolled students, graduates and former students of the College; issue official transcripts and enrollment verifications; provide effective and efficient registration processes; prepare, publish and distribute the class and examination schedules; monitor the academic progress and readmission of students; and certify degrees of students satisfying all requirements for graduation.

Forms

These are official forms that are used in the Office of Registration and Records for assisting students with various request and/or up-dating information in their files. Forms may be printed, completely filled out and returned to the Office of Registration and Records, Mary E. Johnston Hall, First Floor.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration is required for all students - new, non-degree, and returning. It includes advising, course selection and paying fees. Students are expected to register on the designated day as announced on the College Calendar. Complete information will be issued each semester by the Office of Registration and Records.

CLASSIFICATION

Classification of students is made at the end of each semester and is based on the number of credits earned, including elective and military science credits. Classification for registration purpose is based on the following scale:
