Katrina Relief Fund Brown V. Board of Education Scholarship Recipients donate to the Katrina Relief Fund. The Scholarship offer Grants to Virginians who were denied education because they lived in localities where officials closed the public schools rather than obey the law of the land. Theses students have enrolled at Saint Paul's College, and they attend classes at the R.R. Moton's Museum in Farmville, Virginia.
	Mr. John Samuels received a plaque for service to mankind on behalf of Mr. Robert Brown.
